Getting Started

Is Be-fit suitable for all ages?

Yes. Our sessions are designed to suit adults of a wide range of ages and abilities. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after a break or already active, we’ll tailor the experience to you. If you’re under 18, please contact our team before booking so we can discuss the most suitable options.

Is Be-Fit suitable if I have arthritis or joint pain?

Many people choose Be-Fit because our sessions are low-impact and gentle on the joints. While everyone’s situation is different (such as arthritis, ongoing pain or a medical condition), our equipment is designed to provide a comfortable training experience.

Is Be-Fit suitable after pregnancy, injury or a long break?

Many members join us while easing back into exercise because our sessions are low-impact and gentle on the body. If you’re recovering from an injury or have any medical concerns, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before getting started.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time, but if there’s availability, you’re always welcome to book up to 60 min before the start of your appointment.

Training & Technology

What's the difference between Burn and Sculpt?

Burn is a guided, low-impact cardio workout on the InfraBike that helps improve cardiovascular fitness and calorie burn. Sculpt uses advanced elctromagnetic neuromuscular stimulation technology to strengthen, tone and define muscles. Both experiences finish with InfraRoll recovery.

Is InfraBike suitable if I have sore joints?

Yes. InfraBike is low-impact and performed in a comfortable reclined position, making it much gentler on the joints than traditional cardio while still providing an effective workout.

Is InfraRoll only for recovery?

Not at all. While InfraRoll is included after every Burn and Sculpt session, it can also be enjoyed on its own to help support circulation, ease muscle tension, encourage lymphatic drainage and promote overall wellbeing.

Can I combine Burn and Sculpt?

Yes. You can enjoy either experience individually or combine both in a Double Session, giving you two 30-minute training sessions followed by a dedicated 30-minute InfraRoll recovery.

Can SupraSculpt target specific areas?

Yes. SupraSculpt is particularly effective for the abdomen, glutes, thighs and arms. Our team will help you choose the most appropriate programme based on your goals.

Can I adjust the intensity?

Yes. Every session is tailored to your comfort level and experience, so whether you’re a beginner or already active, we’ll help you find the right intensity for your goals.

Results

How soon will I notice a difference?
Everyone’s journey is different, but many members notice improved energy, mobility and recovery within the first few visits. Visible changes develop through regular, consistent attendance.
Will I build muscle?
Yes. Sculpt is specifically designed to strengthen and tone muscles, while Burn helps improve cardiovascular fitness. Together they provide a balanced approach to fitness and body composition.
Can Be-Fit help with weight loss?
Burn can support calorie expenditure as part of an active lifestyle, while Sculpt helps strengthen and tone muscles. Combined with healthy nutrition and consistency, Be-Fit can play an important role in achieving your fitness and weight loss goals.
Are the results permanent?
Like any form of exercise, lasting results come from consistency. Building Be-Fit into your regular routine helps you maintain the strength, fitness and wellbeing you’ve worked hard to achieve.

Your Training Routine

Can Be-Fit replace the gym?
That depends on your goals. For many members, Be-Fit provides all the exercise they need through a combination of cardio, muscle strengthening and recovery. Others choose to combine Be-Fit with gym training, walking, Pilates or sport. We’ll help you find the approach that best suits your lifestyle and goals.
How often should I train?
For the best results, we recommend 2–3 visits per week, but even one visit each week is a great place to start. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Can I use Be-Fit alongside my current training?
Absolutely. Many members combine Be-Fit with gym workouts, Pilates, running, golf and other sports to improve recovery, build strength and maintain consistency.
