What makes Be-Fit different from a gym?

Be-Fit combines low-impact, technology-assisted training, personalised support and built-in recovery in a private, welcoming environment.

Is Be-Fit suitable for all ages?
Yes. Our sessions are designed to be accessible to a wide range of ages, fitness levels and experience levels.

The experiences

Do I need to choose between Burn and Sculpt?
Not necessarily. You can focus on one experience or combine both over time, depending on your goals and preferences.
Is InfraBike suitable for bad knees or sore joints?
Yes. InfraBike is fully low-impact and performed in a comfortable reclined position, making it gentler on the joints than traditional cardio.
Can I target specific areas with SupraSculpt?
Yes. SupraSculpt can focus on areas such as the abdomen, glutes, thighs and arms, depending on your goals.
Is InfraRoll only for recovery?
Not at all. InfraRoll offers targeted programmes for circulation, muscle recovery, cellulite, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy support and overall wellbeing.

Results & training

How soon will I notice a difference?
Everyone is different, but many members report feeling more energised, mobile and refreshed within the first few visits, with visible changes developing through consistent attendance.
Can I use Be-Fit alongside my current training?
Absolutely. Many members use Be-Fit to complement gym training, running, Pilates, golf or other activities by adding strength, recovery and consistency.

Visiting us

How long is a session?
A standard visit is a 30-minute Burn or Sculpt experience plus 15 minutes of InfraRoll recovery — under 45 minutes in total. Double sessions run to 90 minutes.
How often should I come?
Whatever fits your life. Many members start with one or two visits a week and build from there — consistency matters more than intensity.
