Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Age of Use

The services offered by Be Fit Australia are strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 and over.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Cash (on-site)

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Any session cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the session will be charged in full.
  • No refunds will be issued once a package has started.
  • In cases of force majeure (such as illness or accident), a rescheduling or credit may be offered upon presentation of valid supporting documentation.
  • Cancellations must be made by phone, email, or via our booking system.
  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They must be used before the expiry date indicated.

4. Refund Policy

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Packages or promotional offers are non-refundable once started.
  • If the client has a medical condition preventing them from continuing treatment, we will review requests upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
  • Gift cards and vouchers are strictly non-refundable. No cash or credit will be given for unused balances.

5. Packages and Installments

For any 10-session package, payment can be split as follows:

  • 50% due at the first session
  • 50% due before the 5th session
